Flotilla 15-01 West Annapolis Public Education courses provide instruction to boaters at all levels, from the fundamental to the advanced. Our courses are taught by experienced and knowledgeable instructors committed to the highest standards of the U.S. Coast Guard.

Marylanders - Education is mandatory. All persons born on or after July 1, 1972 must complete a boating safety course. Boaters must complete a proctored, boating safety course.
